Bottom line: Intervals suck, but they’re effective.
New back squat ORM: 135 (was 120)
New bench ORM: 80 (was 75)
I love weights :)
Like the whey shakes and whatnot. I just want more definition. But I’m unsure of whether or not I ought to do that. Also, the powders all come in such large quantities…that’s a lot of commitment.
